W Dubai – The Palm Dubai – Opening March, 2018

Siminetti is proud to be supplying the Palm Dubai our Anthracite mother of pearl mosaic s into the new ‘W Hotel & Residences’ on The Palm Jumeriah, Dubai, UAE. Featuring through-out the property, some 500m2 of product is being supplied. The properties planned opening is Summer 2017. On 31 August 2016 the property reached structural completion as the next phase of development on the west crescent of Palm Jumeirah is underway.

The Alef Residences have been built as a response to a distinct gap in the Dubai residential market with spacious and apartment living space and a large botanical garden on the Palm Jumeirah, The Alef Residences is the first lifestyle living destination in the UAE serviced by W Dubai, with uninterrupted access to 475m of private beach.

The next phase of the project

The next phase of the project will focus on the finishing of the homes, with 104 floor plans, no two living spaces are the same. Architecturally, the structure is inspired by Wadis’sand Bastakiya with Arabic undertones, representing the first development under the Alef brand set to have a global reach starting in the Middle East. Currently under construction on a 46,840 sqm plot of land, the fully funded Alef Residences are scheduled for handover in Q2 2017.

The residences will also boast an exclusive private members’ club; the Club 104, available to residents and select VIPs to unwind, socialise and dine. In addition, residents will have VIP access to the W, its 24/7 concierge service and amenities, including six innovative dining destinations and in-residence catering service.

Our collection offers a unique form of decoration, unrivalled by man made products. Each of our mosaics are sealed with resin, ensuring an exceptionally strong mosaic suitable for bothwall and floor surfaces. ANTHRACITE, as seen at the Palm Dubai, is suitable for internal use and perfect for wet areas, feature walls, spa’s etc.
