Fairmont Le Montreux Palace: Siminetti Pearl Veneer Elevates all Bedrooms.

Belle Époque Style

For our new edition of ‘Precious Pearls’, we are inviting you to discover a Swiss luxury hotel where we have just completed a project in collaboration with Voglauer with our mother of pearl surfaces: Fairmont Le Montreux Palace.

The hotel is situated amidst the majestic Alps and along the shores of Lake Geneva. It boasts a century-long tradition of exceptional hospitality with its iconic Belle Époque architecture since its establishment in 1906.

Collaboration with Siminetti for the Hotel Bedrooms

The hotel wanted to give some Belle Epoque cachet to their bedrooms and selected one of Siminetti’s luxury mother of pearl surfaces to elevate the style of their furniture.

The Siminetti surface was selected from our pearl veneers collection and inlayed in different pieces of furniture dressing the bedrooms including cabinets, chests of drawers, side tables, wardrobe closets, and door handles.

Chantilly Capiz Surface

For this project, Siminetti’s Chantilly surface was used. Chantilly is a very stylish veneer in a neutral off-white shade that captivates and inspires. Offering an ethereal, natural iridescence it exudes tones that echo the natural beauty of Mother of Pearl.

The intricate details of the Capiz surface were enhanced by exquisite Belle Epoque nature-inspired accessories including door buttons taking the shape of golden swans or recognizable flower forms.

Foxglove was an exclusive collaboration between Siminetti & renowned surface designer Chrisanna McArthur for the Seasons Collection.
